Fits, big upgrade

My Kohler had a cheap plastic handle and lever (build quality). I ordered this when all my handles started breaking in different toilets. Everything, handle, lever, metal. The nut comes with a wedge washer so you can adjust the handle angle for Kohler toilets, which typically have sloping cisterns. Very easy to install (it's a handle, nothing fancy). The improved balance is also hard to describe, but it's easier to flush now because the handle is heavier and easier to push.

Flush your worries down the toilet

I used this to fix my toilet. Could the praise be higher? For weeks I struggled to flush the toilet reasonably safely. Would he flush? Do I need to rinse again while holding the broken handle? The toilet runs and runs and runs. Sitting on the toilet trying to do my own thing, I don't need the stress of a failing flush handle. Thanks to Jeff Bezos, this thing fits perfectly and washes right the first time, every time. Using the toilet is pure joy and I look forward to every flush. I give this…

Good affordable replacement for Kohler Flap Lever

I replaced the cheaper plastic rocker on my Kohler Kathryn toilet with this one because I didn't want to pay $75 for a genuine replacement part. This folding lever was easy to install and works better than the plastic lever which occasionally bends and keeps the toilet running as the damper doesn't always close properly. The only minor downsides are that the top of the grip hits against the gas cap when the lever is happily squeezed and the grip is metal plated and feels a bit cheap but other…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Smaller

I use this grip on Kohler and it sucks. The problem is that the handle on the toilet has a sharp "decorative" point on the front edge and is too long, which allows it to lift the top of the toilet tank, causing the handle to get stuck in the open position, causing the toilet fill valve to work constant. Kohler should be shot for that idiotic design, especially with her OWN toilets. I'm trying to find a "fix" and if I find out I'll post it here. But now if you have a slanted Kohler cistern like…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction

  • Nothing here

Will NOT work with Kohler Santa Rosa WC

Although the handle and rod are fine, the plastic part on the inside of the handle has a very wide opening (see pictures). This hole represents the number of strokes of the handle. As you can see from the photos, the original (white) has a small gap, so the handle only moves a quarter turn. This one from Revain in the photo (black) has a gap almost three times as wide, which allows the handle to rotate about 45 degrees. This Kohler Santa Rosa does NOT have a traditional choke, but instead has a

Another throwaway part from Kohler, but it works.

If you find that the handle doesn't lift itself, that's your next problem and you just need to buy a new one. The problem here is that corrosion seeps in between the plastic guide behind the grip and the shaft it is attached to. It cannot (on purpose on purpose I'm sure) be taken apart and cleaned. I don't really understand how this corrosion has accumulated since it's just the hand in the water. Even the square metal bar that the lever is attached to looked worn. The bottom line is to just buy

FITS Kohler K3323 Tank

Fits Kohler K3323 Tank (PRO TIP: Look for a stamped K + 4 digit number inside the water tank when purchasing parts) HISTORY: I have three of it in my house. One needed a replacement and it took me a heck of a lot of time to find it locally, either at big hardware stores or a local hardware store or even a specialty hardware supplier (they didn't stock parts, had to order). So I thought let's see if I can buy directly from Kohler. But their website is terrible and I couldn't find that part for…
