The worst purchase in my life, dont repeat my mistake

Suitable, rather, for freedivers or drivers diving on a rebreather - bubbles will not interfere with shooting and a stabilizer is not really needed when the camera is on a mask. Different pros: Depth sensor, temperature sensor, automatic white balance (adjustable depending on depth), convenient shooting mode switch Got cons: No stabilizer! If you shoot handheld, then you can still get at least some result, and if you fix it on a mask, then you don’t even have to talk about the quality of the…

Mask mount - camera and photo

For scuba diving this may not matter but I bought a new version of the Vaquita camera and mask mount and gave it a 'test run'. However, the new mask mount is terrible. Unlike the previous one, it stands on a pedestal, which makes it unstable along with the increased weight of the camera, so the camera is unstable. Just "walking" made the video shake when viewed. Due to the poor design of the mount I had to return the entire camera. In scuba diving, as I mentioned, it probably wouldn't matter…

Such a great device.

You can't really appreciate the construction of this camera until you hold it in your hands. Was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. Suffice it to say it's great. healthy and heavy. The case is all metal and made to last. The back cover for accessing the SD card and charging port requires a bit of force to remove, but that's a good thing as it seals very well with a thick O-ring. There's even a lubricant to ensure tightness. High quality 4K video, great shots. Photos are also of high…

Impressive kit

Have yet to test this in real life as I am now stuck in a landlocked country due to Covid and the only body of water within 100 miles is filled with industrial waste. . I have a feeling that my videos will not be as magical as the ones I would shoot diving in Southeast Asia. I am very impressed. This is the first dive camera I've tested so I don't have a frame of reference, but it feels quite massive and solid while remaining fairly light. The controls are clearly designed for gloves. The…

Excellent dive camera and phone app bundle

I had never owned a dive camera before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this camera. I didn't know how easy or difficult it would be to use, and I didn't know if the image/video quality would come close to that of a good digital camera or my iPhone 12. Well I'm happy to report that this dive camera is pretty easy to use and is also very easy to use underwater. And the photo and video quality is also very good. But to be honest, the picture and video quality isn't as good as my iPhone…
