After receiving the Revain package, the new hard drive was installed in the container. This assembly was then installed into the computer, the cables connected, and the machine was up and running within minutes.

If it's not an OEM part you'll never know. The one I received still had a good amount of flexibility. I have broken several of these braces, either because they become brittle over time and break when bent to insert or remove a disc, or because the pins slip out of the plastic and break the small retaining tooth. I didn't feel like there were any issues with this Caddy anyway. I would (and probably would) buy this again.

This cart design is annoying but works great with some Optiplex systems. The item itself is great and fits. There's nothing wrong. I just don't like the method Dell came up with.

The product I received is different from what is shown in the product photos. This is not the original Foxconn cart that originally came with the computer. The item I received appears to be some kind of cheap fake. It's thinner than the original. While this is "useful", it's not what I expected. I wanted the same mount that came with the computer so I decided to spend more and buy from this seller. One star for fake and wasted time.
