Damaged on first trip

The laggage set came quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately, it only took one round-trip nonstop flight to get damaged by the airline. The middle size suitcase got a hole in it. I fully expected some scratches and dirt but not this. I like the color and light weight but it seems the plastic is not durable. I don't think there's a way to patch it up.

  • There was an issue with the handle on the luggage. Customer service replaced the piece immediately.
Cons
  • The luggage it’s actually smaller than the same Sunday photo.

Good for light travelers

These are gorgeous in their colors and can fit a lot - but after some trips they start to wear down and the wheels will stop working.In less than one year the large suitcase has had the handle ripped out, the roller suitcase’s wheels no longer quite work.On the flip side I am traveling every weekend so these have gone through a lot - but not sure they will take much more.

I love the appearance of this luggage

I love the appearance of this luggage. The color is even more appealing in person, all the hardware matches which makes the luggage look expensive. My only concern is the weight of the luggage once its all packed, otherwise its a beautiful luggage, the wheels are small but they swivel nicely. Very impressed and satisfied.

Great Suitcase Except for the Smell

I really liked these suit cases. They were light wight, the color was nice and you wouldn't see marks from the bagage claim. but it smelled like chemicals so badly that I had to return it. I would have loved these, but the smell was too much! Keep this in mind when ordering.

It's quite sturdy. Compact

It's quite sturdy. Compact. It fit more than I expected. I was able to organize things, well. It's hard to not want to get scratches on it, as it's so pretty. But it's gonna happen. Get over it. Luggage is luggage. It's not a pet.

Great luggage! - my new review

This is the kind of luggage set I was looking for. It took a while for me to settle for one, as I had specific requirements in the ones I wanted. This set met all of my expectations. Great quality, craftsmanship and best of all the price. I will be purchasing another set pretty soon as I am very pleased with it!

Extremely pleased with performance over 10-day trip to Europe

These cases are nicely made and finished. Upon initial inspection, I was impressed with how well the wheels and axle posts are engineered and constructed. As other reviewers mention, these cases roll wonderfully smooth, even well loaded. We took the large and medium-sized pieces and they held up great. Fully packed the large one weighed in at 47 lbs, the other was around 38lbs. Our trip consisted of six flights, multiple train and shuttle transfers, and several long walks through airports…

TSA lock is cool on my review.

TSA Lock function. Though I have not yet figured out how to save a new lock code. I received my 24 inch but not the 20 size. The zippers may not be sturdy enough to hold up to heavy duty usage.

  • Took this overseas, not many scratches found after going through several airports. Would buy again.
