I recently bought a Roadpro steering wheel turntable (btw, there are no steering wheel laws in California or any other state). It's very well built: the handle itself is solid aluminum and the body is steel. But the base has an odd shape and no instructions on how to install it. There are uncomfortable extensions that lie on top of the handlebars. Some suggest bending these extensions up so they don't dig into the steering wheel. Worst purchase ever. Not sure what type of wheel it is for it was designed but it is NOT designed for a full size steering wheel. With the screws provided it fits around handlebars the size of your middle finger. If your wheel is bigger (like most) it won't fit. I even have longer ones Bought bolts and with the longer bolts I was able to at least attach the rear end to the front end.
