I used this to organize all the garden tools in my shed. Unfortunately I had to mount the 2 x 4 to the wall and then mount the bracket on top of it because only two of the three screw holes lined up with my studs. It would be much better if there were a row of holes or horizontal slots instead of three round holes - that would make the installation much more flexible. I really like the built-in rack. Once I figured out what tools I needed, things went very quickly. However, it is somewhat difficult to determine the correct pilot hole size based on the size of the lag screw (12mm). I contacted support and they immediately suggested I go to my local hardware store and ask for help. We both calculated that we would need 5/16 bits, which was too much.
