Factory calibrated but delivered uncalibrated. There is a calibration screw. You will need a jeweler's screwdriver to make adjustments.

Easy to use, intuitive buttons, good device ready to use. I wasn't looking for laboratory accuracy, I just wanted to measure water hardness for a coffee maker. I have learned that there are many variations of "spring water".

Arrived promptly. Seems to work pretty well as repeated testing of the same water samples gives fairly consistent results. Although it does measure temperature, there is no need to compensate or correct the TDS reading based on the temperature of the liquid. Very competitive prices.

Seems to work well. I checked the kitchen faucet for 147 then I checked my reverse osmosis system and it read 82 which sounded too high. Tested distilled water showed ZERO. I called the reverse osmosis manufacturer who made me replace 2 of the 5 filters and now I was looking for 8-14 where it should be. The device seems to be working fine. Satisfied.

Works immediately after installation. We don't have an independent benchmark, but all measurements were within the expected range. Tap water was at 400, RO filtered at 30-40 and refills from a spring water company at 60-70. And just for fun, the reverse osmosis filter waste drain was measured at . So far I've tested everything I can get my hands on. My tap water (156 ppm) Yes, I have hard water! Golden Top Tea (52 ppm). Water where I work (77 ppm). All agreed and tested more than once at each location. I have experienced hot and cold. Same results. Will update when I have a chance to test more. Today I received the meter and immediately started playing with it. First my filtered water from the fridge. 35 ppm. Hm. My next tap water has 38.39 ppm. Maybe the water filter in my fridge really needs to be replaced. Next came purified water from a store-bought bottle. 3 parts per million. son of a gun. I said I started playing with him right? I'm sure I'll get serious later, but right now I think I need to think about replacing the water filter on my fridge.

I was a little skeptical when this arrived as my reverse osmosis water read 250! I figured something was wrong with the meter, so I went to my local water store that sells reverse osmosis water and asked if we could compare the readings. To my surprise, both mine and her counters showed just one dot apart. (9-10) I started working on my reverse osmosis system and found I had a faulty valve that needed to be replaced.
