Either an inactive exchange or a Dead scam exchange ❗
This is an exchange from Persia, in Iran. It is a centralised exchange that seems to be created with the Iranian traders in mind. Using this exchange wasn't that easy. The Interface of the exchange is poorly developed and unattractive, sometimes uneasy to navigate through. The whole content of the website was entirely in Arabic which made it hard for me to understand anything written on the page. To make matters worse, there's no option for translation which confirmed my claims about the exchange being focused on only arabic or Persian traders. The exchange allows traders to trade at minimal fees of 0.2% and even allows deposit and withdrawal of Iranian Rial. This means that at a point in time, there'll be need for KYC. With the use of two-factor-authentification and supposed data encryption, Arzpaya seems to he the perfect trading center for Iranians though I don't recommend trading here. I suggest you read the Cons to this review!!!

- The exchange is not usable by other traders from foreign countries
