Trust Issue
The app is not great as it have the problem of withdrawing money which cause user to panic and not trust this app and as this app is less known and only has few thousand downloads it becomes more untrustworthy.
Allow user to withdraw the fund otherwise bad mouth to mouth publicity will spread which is not good for a new exchange as it is related to money and a person deposit money to any website only after trusting it .
The free coin scheme is attractive for new user
the user design can be improved as sometimes it fells like scammy
the design of website should also be improved as there are many fake wesite
so if the website looks shabby people won't sign in like the drop down menu can be improved you can use the modern minimilstic style aswell
