i opened an account and deposited Btc in it, and when i open an order it doesn't show on open orders and can't be deleted, although it shows in balance that it's in orders, i contacted 3 admins on their telegram channel which seems to be the only customer support available, they were rude, and did nothing to help except the usual " the team is on it" , i contacted some customers they said that the platform did the same and my money is lost.

the telegram admin deletes half the conversations cause it doesn't suit them.

besides, the Btc withdrawal fees are 100,000 satoshis which is insane.

A big Scam and should be avoided
