Review on BetaEX by Robiul Islam
Suspicious exchange!
BetaEx exchange was launched in 2019 with the aim of providing the safest, most stable and most effective cryptocurrency trading platform. Although they ruined their reputation before they reached their goal. Currently their trading platform is not active and I have noticed a number of complaints that they have frozen user accounts while their platform is active.
BetaEX's security framework is very weak and keeping funds on the exchange I personally find risky. Since they are freezing the account while the user has funds such an exchange can never be secure. Whether the exchange is genuine depends on their customer support service, but you will not receive a reply within 3 days of contacting BetaEX's customer support.
Now their platform is not operational but if it ever launches it will put the user at 90% risk, So I would recommend not to use BetaEX exchange, as their behavior seems suspicious to me.

- The BetaEX exchange seems suspicious to me so I don’t want to mention any pros.
Cons
- Their official website is currently down.
- Withdrawal is too slow and not encouraging.
- Doesn't show any balance when withdrawing despite having funds in the account.
- You will not be able to communicate with their customer support.
- There has been no trading volume on the exchange.
