Bilaxy are scammers 100%
They are scammers. As I'm writing this review I still have a withdrawal processing 35 hours later. Their support gave me a non-sensical reply. Your account will just get smaller and smaller with them as they do not fill orders completely due to their liquidity issues and they will do anything so you can't withdraw. They are withholding my withdraw without any good reason. Simply because they can. Do not trade with them. They are scammers and they are not hiding this fact. My experience with them has been horrible. I chose a token that had no withdrawal fee and transferred to it. As I was processing the system showed withdrawal fee 0 yet they still trapped the money. Your money will not escape their exchange once it is in there.
