Binance is by far the best exchange on the market,but on the other hand,the competitors are really bad and not evolving so it lets Binance leading the crypto market,Binance made it simple but eficient,lots of exchanges should just try to listen to users advices,it's not so complicated regarding the huge amount of money they are investing.
Binance like quite every exchanges had to deal with somme security issues and they managed this the best way ever,and it consolidated the trust that customers already had to them.
There is still some points that are not perfect and it's concerning the withdraw and deposit,there is still some issues to fix,but to be totally fair that's a problem quite every exchanges has,this is more related to blockchain,but at least they could enhance the communication about it.
Another disturbing thing is the price that tokens needs to pay to be listed on Binance,the amount is huge and totally unraisonable.
Well as a conclusion it still remains the number one exchange and it's time for competitors to wake up for the good of customers and crypto market

- very complete and clear UI enough volume to trade properly good choice of the coins to trade very good security and security management
Cons
- still little problems with withdraw on some coins at certain moment
