Most the exchange from Turkey which i have seen usually has only the Turkish traders in mind, Bitay exchange isn't an exception. This exchange was launched in 2018, as a centralized exchange, Bitay claims to process over 100,000 transactions per second to prove its attribute as a centralised exchange. The exchange has a very high trading volume for an exchange which was just recently launched and hasn't even gathered much experience yet. The exchange allows for deposit via cryptocurrencies, wired bank transfer and credit cards which means that the exchange supports fiat deposit but it was not nice to discover that only rhe Turkish fiat currency was traded here on the exchange, which means only Turkish traders can use this exchange comfortably. The exchange might jave a nice customer support but what if i need a Live Chat with a developer or the help center? Bitay doesn't provide any option of Live chat which is a very great drawback! The exchange fees isn't all that appealing, a 0.32%-0.24% trading fee is just too high for an exchange which was recently launched. Registration through the mobile app was impossible, after trying to register severally but no code was sent, i had to just forfeit the idea of withdrawal on this exchange, besides it's services was mainly for local traders fron Turkey.
