Bitex.la seems to be a nice system for financial services but I can't tell for sure.
If I were to say, this platform Bitex.la, is a platform that supports and offers financial services using the best tools which is Blockchain technology, Bitex offers financial services as it provide a medium of which individuals and organisations would carry out these finance related activities. However, I have never used this platform for any purpose at all but according to what I heard about its services, it supports the supply of cryptocurrencies for trading and investment purposes but that does not guarantee that it is the best performing platform because I have also read a lot of review on rating this platform and that is not right. Also, there are some kind of restrictions but not much because it supports many languages. In conclusion, Bitex claims to be a financial service provider, a financial solution but I don't really know much about it so I can not give any recommendation.
