There isn't much information available regarding BitFex Exchange. It is recognized, however, that the exchange cones from Russia since it exclusively offers the RUB and USD currency trading pairings. The year of this exchange's inception is unknown, although it appears to be a new one. The trading interface on the exchange is ugly and plain, not truly terrible. The risk of trading here is that there is no one to notify in the event of a breach or scam because there is no information about the exchange's creators. Only a few coins are handled here, and only around 5 of the currency pairs are active.
