There is no much information about BitFex Exchange. However, it is known that the exchange cones from Russia as it supports only the RUB abd USD fiat trading pairs. The year of the launch of this exchange is not known but the exchange looks like a recently launched one. The exchange has a poor trading interface, not really poor but actually unattractive and plain. The risk of trading here lies in the fact that there's no one to contact in the case of hack or scam since there's no information about the developers of this exchange. Inly few cryptocurrencies are traded here and of all the trading pairs, about 5 of them are actually active. The exchange has a very low trading volume and has even been marked as an Untracked Listing on CoinMarketCap. I wouldn't advise any body to trade here as there's a great risk involved and even a high tendency of inability to withdraw funds
