I have used the exchange as it is for about 1 month and was surprised by the amount of liquidity. I have been using the order types such as Hidden Order and One Cancels Other with post only. This gives me very good flexibility in terms of making sure I am riding the market properly.
Pros
- Bitfinex has the most simple and useful API. I have been using the API to do my trading with a lot of customization. The thing I am surprised about they openly have guides and introduction to use the API which I have never seen before.
Cons
- The only big issue I found was US citizens cannot use the exchange which is very bad. And as well the verification duration. I don't like is that they require me to give 10k USD in equity which I think is way too much
