I advise you stay away
This is the first time I'm coming across an exchange from Croatia( formerly in the Soviet Union). This exchange allowed for the trading of different cryptocurrencies, but the problem about the number of cryptocurrencies traded was that it was very few. Till date, only Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin have been traded on the platform. Founded in 2013, Bitkonan claims to he the first exchange to introduce advanced ordwr management into the bitcoin industry. The exchange only offers spot trading abd nothing else which kind of makes it an uninteresting exchange. The trading volume of the exchange is currently unknown, and as such the liquidity of the exchange is also unknown. Since the exchange doesn't offer any unique feature and doesn't even have a known founder(s), I have decided to stat away from the exchange.

Cons
- This exchange has no known trading volume as well as liquidity
- Customer support offered in this exchange is very poor
- The cryptocurrencies traded on this exchange are too few
