Don't use this exchange, it is not reliable

BTCC exchange is the longest running exchange in the world ,founded in the year 2011 and so I expect something spectacular from them since they have been in the exchange industry for almost a decade,but on my last visit to the exchange's website what I met was so devastating, the exchange's trading volume and trading pairs were all blank this trigger my curiosity to check out their telegram group, by doing that I discover that the group was desolated and it hasn't been active for a very long time. Trading here is a total waste of time since there are no trading pairs available for traders to trade with. 
  I will advice those planning to try out this exchange to take their eyes of it and look else where ,because this exchange is no longer operating/functioning,there is no adequate security to protect funds on the exchange so any deposit made by traders here is a total risk. In order not to fall victim of such incidence I will suggest that traders try out other popular & profitableexchange in the crypto sphere.
