No useful services offered by the exchange
BtcEx exchange is a centralised exchange founded in 2016. Dating as far back 2016 up till now, the exchange hasn't really achieved anything important and thus it doesn't look like a great exchange which should be used. The exchange claims to offer optimal security by providing cold and offline storage for about 95% of the funds for safekeeping. The exchange has a customizable trading interface, which means that you can either choose light or dark theme as it suits you.
The exchange has been recording a low/zero trading volume for a while now thus there's zero liquidity on the exchange. I have contacted the customer support service but there's never any response from them. Stay away from this exchange!!!
