BTEX is still operating but trading is a no-no
This exchange is put into the list of crypto market platforms that ended it's services to the users. For the reason to why this happened, I can't say for sure. Though it does seem that they didn't cart away the funds of traders. Even up until this moment, the website and application is all functional but no trading can be carried out in the platform. BTEX is a simplified Chinese exchange which may have been faced with Government threats of bans on cryptocurrencies and that might have been the FUD to why the exchange had to end it's services. I couldn't find much information on how it's operational days were but even if I did, I really doubt if this exchange can get restructured back again into it's functional days.
At least, look for exchanges that tens to have a broader server, one that doesn't gets the Limitation of a governing body to direct it's operation. Other exchange has to be taken into cognizance for use now, BTEX isn't
