It's actually incredible how bad they treat customers, their support has been non existent in my case, called their phone line to be attended by a very rude person that could barely speak English, my issue never got resolved, every time I have called after that they just hang on me. Tickets have not been answered for a week.

- -I liked their platform, which is why i tried to use their exchange -Specific pair I wanted

- -My deposit hasn't arrived for 6 days -Customer support won't answer -Customer support is rude
