How they treat consumers is disgusting, hope they fix it somehow. I once tried to withdraw all my BTC and it took weeks to confirm.

Pros
- Good Tradingview The liquidity is decent Withdraw fees are nice, but I had a problem withdrawing all my BTC at once
Cons
- You can find all of the bigger Cryptocurrencies here, but the newest altcoins are not traded here. Their support team is definitely really weak .

I know how you feel man, It's incredible how bad and useless their customer support is, It's like they don't even care about their clients, but guess this happens when you trust a Chinese exchange with a foreign CEO, what else is to be expected from Scott Freeman.
