It interface allow user to place order by fill form that require coupon code, amount of Cryptocurrency and coin to pay, follow by country, coin to buy, wallet address receiving coin, email address, full name, phone number and finally place order. To sell the same process required to place order
Certified Coin mandatory KYC verification, it make use of contract signing for easy purchase to avoid any risk. It has years experience of trading cryptocurrencies with good reputation which makes me think is a secure Platform to Invest but individual should do his/her own research
Finally, concerning it customer support I have not use it and am not sure if to purchase crypto using order placement is instant but I will try and buy using Certified Coin as soon as am through with KYC procedure and update
