Mostly a good all around way to buy crypto. The app is okay but it lacks some important features, such as staking and exchange. Its KYC requirements can get a bit excessive imho, especially if someone wants to reach the "enhanced verification" level. Also customer service is typically very slow, sometimes taking support representatives 7-10 days to reply. The support page and chat bot also definitely need more work, which of course increases reliance on those support reps. The telegram group is overcrowded and the staff seems to be overwhelmed and a bit trigger happy when it comes to banning people.
