luccent is a cryptocurrency exchang inr the Philippines, which was lunched in the year 2018. The platform was previously known as cezex. Luccent exchange enables the users bot to only have cryptocurrency trading but also a derivative trading. You can also trade with the platform using different kinds of strategy and you can improve your understanding on a certain assets Price, increase or decrease, this process is done when you leverage your trade. It actually mean you can borrow from the exchange and bet. The betting is actually in a high risk, just like betting if the price or BTC will fall in 12 hours and it doesn't you tend to lose your funds and bet another. The problem is their main site is hard to access and I can't really tell if the project still exists or not. You can make your review on the platform and seek for better advise from a person who understand cryto very well. My advice on this platform is to actually stay clear, I tried accessing their site and got so many restrictions. It's better to prevent your funds from hackers and wait for a better platform to use in trading
