CoinBe Was Registered, How Then We're They Able To Get Away With Such A Criminal Act? 🤔🤔

Another scam exchange platform I discovered on the blockchain network is known as CoinBe exchange platform. This is a Poland based and originated exchange platform that was even registered. The question remains how did a registered company on the blockchain network get away with criminal acts ? Well, I guess it means we have to be really careful with some platforms.
The CoinBe exchange platform started their suspicious act when they denied traders access to make withdrawals. It continued that way and many traders made complaints which made other bigger companies challenge them. We never knew that challenging them was wrong and that lead the exchange platform to closing their website. They were able to go away with a lot of traders funds.
