Horrible website. I think it's a scam. They take deposits but won't let you withdraw at all. After waiting 2 weeks for KYC to pass they say they let you withdraw. I tried 3 times and all failed without explanation. Contacted customer service and absolutely no reply. After waiting on the chat the person just asks you what your problem is then disappears. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I bet they will go bankrupt and you will lose everything. If you raise a ticket with zendesk you won't get a response. i've tried many times and waited weeks. I read this exchange is estonian or something. Dodgy place and probably the founders are a bunch of hackers. When you do talk to someone they are very very rude. Sounds like a bunch of thugs.
