Well i got to know about this exchange recently and i found it quite impressing. It has around 59 virtual currencies and even more market trading pairs. As of now i can see, currencies can be directly traded with ETH, USDT and DC. The trading in this exchange is smooth and i am impressed by the volume. There user interface is remarkable and looks good to use. One advantage you will get for using this exchange is that, you will be given daily dividends for storing the exchange tokens in there exchange. So based on the amount of tokens you have in the exchange you can make good amount of money.
Moreover, there is a lottery option as well through which you can win DT tokens by playing. So if you are planning to hold exchange tokens, this exchange is just for you. Good trading volume, better user interface and variety of coins make it one of the best exchanges.
I can not yet comment on the customer service as i have not interacted with them yet. But there is an issue that i faced while registering in this exchange. After doing my registration, when i tried to log in, i was getting logged out automatically. I don't exactly know what was or is the issue but that definitely bothered me. Though i am able to log in now without any issues.
So, in conclusion i'd like to say that this is a good exchange but it needs to go miles in order to compete with the top notch exchanges out there. I wish all the best to the project team.

I tried to use DragonEX when Revain had giveaway with this exchange and I didn't have problems with log in etc. I think that you had problems with the internet or browser, you must check the connection in the system because these are isolated problems here.
