Dragonex is an established crypto exchange that has provided quality trading services. The trading interface is awesome and easy to understand. Registration process is also easy so overall i can say it is a good looking website.

Pros
  • Dragonex is wonderful exchange its provide great treading option website and mobile application is clean, website offers DT benefits like Dividend, vote to list, super lotto, community vote those option is great from Dragonex and also the have news on website so everyone can see recent news.
Cons
  • They have there own token Dragon Token (DT) this is ERC20 token. Everyone can buy and trade this token in website. If you have problem regarding website you can easily contact customer support for help.

The web-based trading platform provided by Dragonex is nicely designed and equipped with everything a crypto investor needs. What we like most about the platform is the charting powered by trading view and the fact that there are also mobile apps available. While Dragonex does not charge deposits, withdrawals have fees which are not low.

Pros
  • Dragonex is a rather digital assets exchange, which offers spot trading trading in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ERC20 tokens, including some rather interesting ones, on an advanced web and mobile trading platform. Website offer some giveaway and lottery option for community member this is very cool.
Cons
  • Like most exchanges, this one also offers a single account type with Google two-step (2FA) verification for security reasons. There are no deposit fees on blockchain transfers to Dragonex, which is another plus of this exchange.

Words can't sum up how bad this exchange is. It has overly complicated…

Words can't sum up how bad this exchange is. It has overly complicated withdrawal and security procedures ....which simply do not work. Their lack of address contributes to ongoing technical issues. Yes, it has coins available ...but, the price you have to pay, coupled with no customer support on top of too many systemic issues and user losing their deposit makes this exchange ridiculous. I tried to get a password reset but never received any email which was supposed to be sent.

  • Dragonex website is poorly design its too simple like some kid design they should improved the design looks better but too simple. Registration process is to slow confirmation code take too much time to arrived some time i can't login the login page is stuck when i click in login button nothing happen. Too be honest Dragonex is not good exchange in 2018.
Cons
  • Dragonex claims they support customer with verified customer manager but they didn't i think their customer support team poorly trained. In website i see two or three language maybe because without english i did not recognize other they should add more language.

  • Dragonex has not been involved in major hacking scandals so far. The non-Chinese user reviews on the company aren’t that many, but are generally positive, which can’t be said for all cryptio-exchanges.

I used there mobile application this ok not greatest application but website is totally great no complain about it cool looking and easy to use overall i think this is great exchange. A large number of token pairs are available for users on this cryptocurrency trading platform. Users will be able to select the pair they desire to exchange and trade cryptocurrency by scrolling down or simply typing in the token in the search field. There security level also is very high.

  • Dragonex platform provides an excellent opportunity for new traders to trade future contracts. Safe and secure multi-cryptocurrency platform. This user-friendly and highly secure platform provides high liquidity even to new investors. Registering is required in order to use the platform for the trading and exchange of cryptocurrency as there are no demos or anonymous accounts.

  • The transaction fees for the exchange and trade of cryptocurrency at Dragonex are probably the lowest in the cryptocurrency industry i think, but i didn't know some of user why writing the fees is so high.

The Dragonex exchange is a unique and ambitious project there are some issues in website and mobile app but Overall the exchange seems solid, but untested. Some of the problems might be dismissed as simply growing pains for a start-up company. Of course there are always plenty of other exchanges available to trade on who are more transparent and more developed.

Pros
  • I have to say that DragonEX is a great exchange platform the registration process is super fast but some of mobile number didn't get confirmation code instantly website is simple and easy to use for everyone.
Cons
  • No exchange is perfect, and Dragonex is no exception. Here are some of the disadvantages I found when researching Dragonex. 1st support center 2nd mobile application support center is not good and mobile application is crashing everytime. Withdrawal is not so fast it take up to more then 24h.

All in all, the exchange is very exciting and friendly when we exclude the issh customer support. The user can log in easily and start the transaction. The security of our money is also given. The only problem is customer support. I think the exchange can improve the response rate. When the customer service gets quicker with the answer, everything is fine and beautiful.

Dragonex is a new digital assets trading platform. The Singaporean -registered company has very big plans for expanding its service in the future. They may become the next Binance, or something which combines them both, but only time will tell if the project will succeed as it's too early to hatch our eggs.

Pros
  • Dragonex offers Charts by TradingView to traders on it's trading platform at dragonex which is one of the better ones we have seen. The charting package is solid and the layout feels intuitive (although one would have to scroll a lot to get to the bottom of the order book)
Cons
  • there is nothing inherently wrong with a company choosing to operate with a crypto-to-crypto model, but this will limit some clients. The fiat option is only available for Chinese resident. That being the case there are many places where non Chinese resident can convert fiat currencies to crypts you either via bank transfer or credit card.
