I Really Love The Exchange Platforms Sincerity

I guess there is a big difference between a scamming site and one that stopped operations. Most traders seems to fall victims of scam, not from the site but from some scammers. They make use of the opportunity that an exchange platform or wallet isn't functional any longer and use this to ask for funds from traders that are yet to be informed about the platforms close. Today, I would be reviewing an exchange platform that isn't a scam at all but stopped operating due to some reasons they never explained to us. As a matter of fact, the exchange platform made an announcement to its user to withdraw their funds on or before 15th October 2019. I think this alone proves the fact that they aren't scam at all but stopped operating due to one reason or the other. Honestly, I seem to love their honesty, the fact that they came out publicly to make announcement of their shut down seems to impress me alot and proves their sincerity when they were still on operation.
