Gone, gone for good!!!
Fcoin exchange was launched in 2018. Unfortunately, the exchange didnt even stay long in the cryptomarket, the exchange was a very promising exchange. The exchange used to charge 0.03% takers fee and 0.29% makers fee which is one of the lowest fees i have witnessed in my years of trading. With the reduced trading fee, it was quite certain that this exchange was going to be very liquid. However, all this statements are no longer confirmable as the exchange has already been closed down due to Technical and decision error, but the exchange had already told its users to withdraw their funds soonest.
