This a good exchange platform but it support team is very weak. Other features work perfectly ok
Finexbox has a popular name for a centralised exchange in the crypto space and has been able to notch its place among many other exchanges by listing a whole list of small market cap coins and there for drawing Traders and all around the world contributing to his daily trading volumes recorded in millions of US dollars. Many of the negative reviews you see today from this platform is due to the withdrawal issues faced by The Exchange so many months ago in which even its support team was very unreliable to render any assistance and make the exchange appear very much as preparing for an exit scam come but now they are back and better except for the support team though.
Speaking the reason why there are many coins that have been listed on this exchange is due to the loan application fees they charge and so they have a lot of small projects coming in to The Exchange to have their tokens listed. Particularly though, many of these projects fail and turn out to be abandoned which in the end causes a lot of loss to many Traders using Finex box exchange and makes research a paramount for them which I will also advise you to do too. Finex box exchange is still very much the good exchange platform for users to trade on I was repeatedly reiterate that the support team are very very useless.
Pros
- There is a lot of small market cap coins listed on Finexbox
- The withdrawal fees are very feasible for many of the coins
- Trade fees also in the average level
Cons
- Withdrawal cost for many other coins are higher than market average
- I don't think a lot of the search is done before this exchange need some of his talking as many of them later turn out to be scams and abandoned
- Support has been very unreliable in responding to complaints especially during the times of the exchange having withdrawal issues
- To be Honest, the interface is not very friendly
