Free Bitcoin dot com is a Bitcoin related exchange which was estavlished in 2010 and is quite poor in performance. I thought it would actually be a Bitcoin handing out platform! Because the name implied it all. It has a zero daily change in prices which signifies that its not a serious, committed exchange. The daily volume is even 0.00$ man what is wrong with this exchange!? It supports not a large number of tokens,just a few about 20. It has a too basic interface which is not really impressive. It is too simple and unimpressive. Though it can actually be customized. I don't have much to say about it, but it's an average rated exchange. It doesn't support Fiat currencies besides the email took forever to respond.

Our support team answers support tickets within minutes usually. I'm sorry if you had a support ticket take longer than a hour!!! Our goal with FreeBitcoins is that the website is so smooth that you won't need a support ticket anyways. Our volume is low on FreeBitcoins because our altcoin exchange is reasonably new and we do not fake volume. Our goal is to host an honest exchange that users can use if they wish.
