I have an experience with this exchange due to the airdrop which promoted their native token ACM so I gave it a shot. It is small exchange with few users, low liquidity and few trading pairs (exactly only 3) which has offered some IEO (tokens within the 3 trading pairs). It has to be said that there are interesting tokens which I have not found anywhere else. In my opinion it is not a quite good spot for trading (esp. day trading) and i am not sure if it makes sense to use the exchange overall as I would be afraid of not be able to trade my tokens back. It is worth to mention they have quite high fees because using only ERC-20 tokens. This is kind of a platform which could be used only by some OGs.
