I have not been able to contact the customer care.
HB .top is a centralized exchange based in Japan, at first, I really rushed into it after getting to know that it was based in Japan. By my knowledge of Japan, Japan is mainly based on technology and many cryptocurrency exchange market has been registered there also because they are also experts and experienced in blockchain technology and this was what encouraged me to sign up for it.
However, I could not sign up after discovering that it seems to not be very active. The customer support is inactive and I have not heard any updates from its social media sites for long. On its telegram channel, the language used was frightening to me because it is not in English. Moreover, when I explored its platform, it looks good and display of pairs for trade was mainly with BTC, ETH, USDT and CNYE.
In conclusion, I don't advise anyone to use its services because I think it is no more functioning as the developers are not contactable.
