The best crypto exchange
I follow all the airdrops and hard forks to collect all possible free coins. Most of them get support on Hitbtc so I can easily trade them there. I don't know a better platform for that purpose.

Pros
- Secure platform (zero hacks reported by this day + all basic protection tools)
- Several hundred of supported coins (the number is growing)
- Trading fees are quite low, deposits are free
- Killer liquidity
- Newbies can use Demo Mode
Cons
- Can't deposit fiat money
- Flat withdrawal fees
