Huobi Global as the parent company has also branched out into a number of other business ventures in the cryptocurreny field. These include such ventures as Mining, development as well as investing in blockchain based startups.
Domiciled in Singapore, Huobi provides exchange trading for cryptocurrencies, with 150 coin pairings available. According to Harrison, the exchange is “consistently in the top three in the world, in terms of volumes”.
Pros
- Launched a second brand for riskier coins – there is another exchange running on the same technology, called HADAX. The ley difference is the fact, the community votes for the assets to be listed on it. This means they will be the less popular (and riskier) altcoins.
Cons
- While the size of the exchange and the reach are important considerations for the trader, the most important criteria comes down to the impact on their wallet. Exchange fees are sometimes what can make or break a traders experience and profitability.
