ICE3 exchange is a South African centralized exchange with headquarters in Nigeria and South Africa. It's almost as old as Bitcoin, it's an early exchange founded in 2013. It is a spot crypto-crypto and fiat-crypto platform that supports fiat currencies like Nigerian naira and South African Rands. Being a fiat based exchange, KYC is going to be compulsory but I wasn't even able to do it because I didn't register in the first place. The exchange made it known through its support desk that it was going to cease operations in April 2021, since then they've had a $0 trading volume even the trading page is inaccessible which means that trading here is no longer possible. It would have been a nice experience to use another exchange from Africa coupled with the fact ICE3 exchange had relatively low trading fees between 0% to 0.25% for makers and takers
