My thoughts about Jubi
Hello there. The review I will write today will be about Jubi. Jubi is a China-based crypto exchange created in 2014. Although 7 years of experience is an excellent demonstrator for an exchange, Jubi was unable to fully utilize this experience and as a result of my research I found that it was closed. Jubi was not an exchange that cares about customer satisfaction, which is one of the biggest reasons the exchange went bankrupt. In addition, the customer community was very small.
If we look at customer feedback about Jubi, we can see that customers were also very dissatisfied with this exchange. Users complained the most was the exchange's customer support team. I have read some of these feedbacks and realized that even though users have sent messages to the support team over and over, they haven't received any response. The exchange operated on the internet site, so I could not find any information about any application. The design of the site was not very good, but most importantly, the use of this site was difficult. The exchange is now closed, so I don't need to write any more. This is my review, but I'll try to keep you updated on what's new.
