Patronizing safety measures, lousy helpdesk, freezing funds for no good reason
Totally exaggerated and patronizing safety measures.
Forcing with pop ups to change 2fa. Which I did not ask for nor wanted.
When sketching went wrong and I gave them the recovery code on suturday, they only acted on Tuesday after I also had to make a picture with my passport.
After which they freezed my funds for 3 days for my safety?!?!
They robbed me of a lot of gains. 6 days of frozen assets, and I couldnt relocate to get into some good ico's.
Be sure to not get into any troubles, because they do not act swiftly, they do not apply their own rules. And you will mis out on gains if you are counting on deploying funds elsewhere.
Pros
- Plain and simple trading interface.
Cons
- Very slow helpdesk. Take at least a day to react.
- Over the top safety measures
- Patronizing safety measures.
- Not applying their own rules when something went wrong with 2fa
- Freezing withdrawals for three days after resetting 2fa
- Not reacting swiftly after giving 2fa reset code and photo + passport
- Not reacting in weekends.
- Forcing to change 2fa even though not asked for. Which increases margin for error.
- Needing to confirm email adres time and again while logging in with phone. When switching from wifi to mobile network.
- Needing to make a new code each time.
- Not taking the blame for theit own incompetence to solve problems instantly.
