New dex exchange was built on the ETHEREUM based blockchain. It is also a decentralized exchange, being a decentralized exchange, has a good security system. The issue of hacking has never be reported against the exchange. Also the exchange is very comfortable for most users, they all reported on the telegram group that trading here is of no hitch or stress. I say a big thank you to the developers or web designer of the exchange. The design and the settings if the interface is very wow, like very advanced. The reason why I haven't trade here is the trading volume and liquidity that is not much impressive to me. Any ways if I start using This I will update you on my personal experience. Thank you.
