NexyBit Exchange is another exchange which closed up its activities as an exchange and ceased tovtrade, though with no prior announcement. NexyBit Exchange was launched in 2018, it is a centralized Exchange which doesn't really provide much information about itself, making it impossible to determine alot of rhe services offered by the exchange. I have tried opening the webpage severally to no avail. Due to to further curiosity, i went to check out the exchange in Telegram, and I discovered that there hadn't been any message in the group since June 2019. For your own safety, don't try using a VPN or any means to open this URL as the exchange seems to be down, coupled wuth the consistent trading volume if $0 and 0 BTC for a long while.
