OKEx offers crypto investors a wide range of crypto currencies to choose from. It also offers additional features like leveraged trading, margin trading and more. We're also pleased that OKEx has realized that a mobile app is a good idea and can not wait for the iOS and Android apps to be properly rolled out.

Pros
- OKEx is one of the few exchanges offering telephone support. Although the coverage of telephone support is by no means global, it is a step in the right direction. We are sure that this 24/7 support will be valuable to anyone with an urgent trade issue.
Cons
- When it comes to customer support, most people probably opt for the email option: support@okex.com. I have to admit that the response of the customer support is relatively slow.
