I have taken my time to notice a particular negative trend amongst some Turkish Exchanges. Most of them usually don't last long in the cryptomarket and end up closing off unexpectedly and running away with people's funds. One of such turkish exchanges is PayCml which is a centralised exchange with no information about itself anywhere online.
The trading volume of this exchange over the last 24 hours, 7 days and even 30 days isn't known, but it is suspected to be $0. For an exchange launched in 2017, PayCml doesn't look like it accomplished anything within the space of four years. It can be appropriate to tag the exchange as a SCAM exchange.
