BCEX exchange is a Singaporean exchange which is centralized. The exchange has shut down it activities some while ago. This exchange is said to have it's maintainace since late last year but no update has been gotten from this exchange ever since its closure. The exchange has limited information about itself nor it's users, hence it has not been accessible. The fees is known about the exchange for takers to have 0.2% and 0.1% fee for the makers which explain it activeness this must have been a liquid exchange. This exchange is a very numerous scam exchange and I was unable to trade due to limited information about it self!!
