I think the biggest problem we have all the users of exchanges or any other platform is the confidence that we can get when investing our money, and it is precisely what I like most about poloniex exchange,they have a good volume of buying and selling coins.
In fact, the reason why I am writing this article is because of the relationship that they could have with R TOKEN, if poloniex allows that currency to be in its platform, then I am going to invest in it.
However, not everything is very good and I have found some problems on the platform, things that I really do not like to experience as a user. First of all, the platform sometimes gets very slow, so when I go to make my orders, the prices They have already changed and may me generate loss.
I also think that the stop loss is a function that all excahnges must have. it is a tool to give security to my money. good for that
Now I'm going to write about what I think is the most important issue that poloniex can do, and it is the creation of an application for mobile devices, many exchanges do not have mobile applications, but poloniex being one of the most important exchanges must have the application.
to poloniex users, I must tell you that they must be calm because they are on a secure platform, sure they have heard that on two past occasions poloniex had problems that meant thousands of dollars lost for them and for their users, apparently due to technical errors, It was no possible to take some deposits correctly, and many users lost money. however what characterizes a good company is the support they give their users when they have this type of problem, and in these situations, poloniex has rewarded its users and have returned their money
