I was using poloniex since 2015, I have traded USDT and been verified with SSN and photo id. Along with my picture holding my photo id with the date and poloniex written on a piece of paper.Many forums talking about they are freezing deposits and preparing for a mt gox exit to form a new exchange.
This is the best exchange out there right now. I've never had an issue with Poloniex and I've been using it for a year and have had thousands of dollars worth of crypto go through my account..no deposit or withdrawal issues..
Those complaining are complaining about issues caused by themselves in some way.
Even issues with stop-orders, it's THEIR fault for relying on it. It should be obvious that it's not GUARANTEED to work. There's lots of complex math going on in the matter of milliseconds and the transactions are happening so fast that sometimes the stop-limit doesn't catch and therefor doesn't go through.
