- This exchange site is one of the best exchange site out there, the site is lightweight and responsive, am able to access the site with ease on mobile on like other exchanges which is heavy and pretty much non accessible on mobile. They have a great support team although I haven't experience any problem with them, but one of my friend who had issues said they responded pretty quickly. Support exchange of major coins & tokens.

- I find the fact that i need to fill a captcha sometimes before accessing the site counter-intuitive. Their verification process needs some improvements. KYC verification take some time, this needs to change. Although this is pretty understandable because of different country policies.
